At Notes & Nooks, we package each candle and wax melt with care to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Please review our shipping options, processing times, and policies below.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Domestic Shipping on all orders within Thailand, as well as affordable flat-rate shipping for our international customers.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Tracking: Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders are shipped from Thailand.

Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: Any additional fees incurred at customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Notes & Nooks has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. Shipping Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact telephone number are entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or for delays caused by incomplete address details.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the damaged product and the outer packaging. Contact us within 5 days at hello@notesandnooks.com with your order number so we can arrange a replacement or solution in accordance with our Return Policy.

Delayed Packages: International shipping speeds can occasionally vary due to customs clearance or local postal service delays. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please reach out to us so we can assist in tracking it down.
