Fire Safety: Candles and wax burners involve open flames, hot wax, and heat sources. Customers are strictly responsible for adhering to proper burn safety guidelines (e.g., trimming wicks to 1/4 inch, keeping away from drafts, burning within sight, and keeping away from children, pets, and flammable materials).
Liability: Notes & Nooks shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to fire damage, property damage, personal injury, or scent sensitivity/allergic reactions resulting from the misuse or negligent handling of our products.
