Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Notes & Nooks! Because our candles and wax melts are handcrafted in small batches, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product quality and safety.
Eligible Returns We only offer returns, replacements, or refunds for items that arrive damaged or broken due to shipping.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to report shipping damage.
Requirements: Please email us at hello@notesandnooks.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing both the damaged item and the shipping box/packaging.
Non-Returnable Items & Used Products
Used Wax: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any wax melts or candles that have been burned, melted, cut, or otherwise used.
Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences or simple change of mind.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping If a return or replacement is approved for a damaged item, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item (or process a replacement without requiring a return). Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first.

เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า: เราจะรับคืนสินค้า เปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ หรือคืนเงิน เฉพาะในกรณีที่สินค้าได้รับความเสียหายหรือแตกหักจากการขนส่งเท่านั้น
